Running Program - Induction Session
This payment will confirm your induction session for your running program. I will be in touch via email to book that in at a time that is convenient for you.
The induction session is 90 minutes long and designed for me to understand your goals and help build out your program.
This is either in person at Inner City Fitness in West Perth, or online via Zoom, designed to assess your movement patterns, discuss your running goals and let us get to know each other.
From there we will build your custom program, designed around your existing activity, skill level and running goal.
Your custom program is delivered every four weeks via an app called Final Surge and will include your running sessions, as well as running specific strength training and recovery protocols if required.
Weekly check-ins and progress assessments ensure any program adjustments can be made, and you are fully supported and accountable. These check-ins are done via WhatsApp or Zoom.
